Stephanie’s goal for all the services she provides is to build a relationship that is characterized by safety and trust. At the heart of her practice is the belief in the potential for every individual, despite their circumstances, to live a healthy and meaningful life. It is a privilege for Stephanie to hear your story and support you, while you uncover underlying emotions and past experiences. She believes in meeting the client where they are and trying to find healthy ways to cope and achieve mental wellness. Healing and growth are possible, and Stephanie would love to help.

Together, you will work to develop greater insight, increase self-acceptance, learn coping and self-regulation skills. Stephanie’s personal style is characterized by warmth, authenticity, and a commitment to understanding you as a whole person.

Stephanie believes in providing counseling services in ways that validate people’s intersecting identities, fostering personal growth, optimizing quality of life, and healing maladaptive thoughts, feeling states, and behaviors.
