Insurance
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Anthem PPO, Aetna PPO, and Cigna PPO plans.
Select practitioners are in-network with Optum/United Healthcare PPO insurance plans.
We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier before your session to understand any plan cost sharing such as copayments or deductibles or other costs for which you may be responsible. Copay and/or coinsurance is due at the time of service.
Questions to consider when contacting your insurance regarding benefits and coverage include:
What are my mental health benefits?
What are my copay and coinsurance amounts (if any)?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
What monetary amount is covered per session?
Do I need a prior authorization from my primary care physician?
If out-of-network insurance is used, full payment is due at time of service. We will provide a statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Full Payment Fees
Psychodiagnostic evaluation and intake sessions • $195 self pay
Individual sessions • $175 self pay
Couple, Family sessions • $195 self pay
Reunification sessions • $195 self pay (These services are not covered by insurance. Reports for the court are charged at the same rate per hour.)
Coaching & Consulting • Please inquire (These services are not covered by insurance)
Sliding scale fees are available upon request
Session Length
Sessions typically last 45 to 55 minutes for adults, couples, or families. For children, sessions may be split into 25 minutes with the child and 20 minutes with the parent(s), or parent(s) and child together.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your session with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please be aware that this fee will not be covered by your insurance carrier.
Late cancellation or no show fee • $125
Any outstanding balance is due by the 30th of each month and will automatically be charged if not received before this date.
