Emerge Psychology Group’s training department was created to ensure the company invests in its employees and provides an opportunity for specialization that results in delivering quality mental health services for its clients and patients.

Trauma Vertical

Emerge’s Trauma Training Vertical is centered on researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning technology. They focus on assessing, researching, and proposing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization for specialization in Trauma and Complex Trauma work. This vertical collaborates with subject matter experts to present training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.

Emerge CE Training - Fostering Safety, Attachment, and Regulation in Complex Trauma Survivors

Employee & Student Enrichment Vertical

Emerge’s Employee & Student Enrichment Vertical is focused on obtaining approval to deliver in-house CE training programs. They will outline mandatory licensure and state trainings for employees, create a training manual, evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and research the use of AI in clinical work.  This vertical will create a training program for students and collaborate with universities to be an approved training site.

Emerge’s Diversity & Community Connection Vertical is focused on forming connections in diverse communities and creating events with opportunities for learning together. They assess training needs and create training plans to address skill gaps and interests within a DEI framework. This vertical will collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and presentations with a focus on diversity in mental health clinical services.
