As a group of multi-national mental health professionals, we embrace and respect diversity, and consider intersectionality of identity in treatment. We provide holistic psychological and counseling services and empower you, through knowledge-based treatment, to understand, improve, and manage your mental health. Our practice offers therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We are located in and around Chicago’s North Center, Lakeview, Uptown, and Ravenswood neighborhoods, and are available in-person and via telehealth.

Holistic
As integrative practitioners, we provide psychotherapy and assessment services within a holistic framework. We work with you to understand the underlying cause for mental health challenges and symptoms and consider current physical, social, and spiritual states of health and wellbeing.
Empowering
As strength and performance-based practitioners, we strive to educate and share our expertise within a multicultural framework. We form authentic therapeutic relationships and are transparent in our work with you.
Relational
As relational practitioners, we help you create safe and satisfying relationships with others that are necessary for one's emotional well-being within a trauma-informed framework. We use the therapeutic relationship as a model to create healthier relationships with others.
Illuminate
With light emerging from their core, Lampyridae, beetles commonly known as fireflies, represent hope, guidance, inspiration, self-discovery, and awakening. Selected as our logo, they remind us to illuminate ourselves, bringing into light that which no longer serves us, guiding us to our better and healed selves. As master communicators, they implore us to listen to our hearts and let it lead the way toward truth and light.
