Stephen is a licensed massage therapist with decades of experience and started studying myofascial release (MFR) therapy eight years ago. Stephen was a Buddhist monk for 14 years and has completed a traditional 3-year meditation retreat. His background and training allow him to be fully present with his clients during MFR and massage therapy sessions tuning into subtle cues from their bodies and intuitively sensing areas of tightness and restriction.

An informed compassionate approach creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and release physical and emotional tensions stored within the body. Each session is approached with an open mind and without preconceived notions, meeting clients where they are in their healing journey and facilitating a non-judgmental space for exploration and release.
