Arianna believes that the best therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered to take an active role in their own treatment. To promote a welcoming and inclusive space, Arianna takes a strengths-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play therapy (for children) to best fit the individual needs of the client.

Arianna has experience working with children, teens, and adults experiencing challenges including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transitions, and performance stress. In addition to her clinical work, Arianna has experience working with athletes, teams, and coaches focused on improving mental skills such as confidence, productive thinking, energy management and communication. Arianna is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools they need to thrive.

Arianna is committed to cultivating an inclusive and welcoming space where all people feel safe and accepted regardless of their identity or background. She is devoted to practicing with multicultural humility and is consistently working to deepen her understanding of the diverse experiences and perspectives that shape individuals and communities.
