Hannä believes in empowering every client to be the center of the therapeutic process where the goal is to encourage exploration, insight and reflection through curiosity and collaboration. Her aim is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to foster healing. She believes everyone is unique and exploring collaboratively allows for deeper understanding and context for how one thinks, feels and experiences life.
Hannä specializes in working with trauma and how it impacts all areas of life. She provides a healing space through a trauma-informed lens and a client-centered approach. Hannä encourages acknowledging protective factors and drawing from strengths throughout the therapeutic process. She has worked with teens, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings who face struggles with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Hannä is LGBTQIA+ affirming and aims to provide space for everyone to feel safe, heard, and accepted. No matter where one may be on their therapeutic journey, they are always welcome.
