KATIE OLDHAM
Katie Oldham, M.A., LCPC (she/her)
Clinical Director & Psychotherapist
Throughout all stages of life, there are many obstacles we face. If you or your child are facing any challenges, Katie is here to help you navigate through them and come out on the other side more resilient and better equipped for the next. The populations Katie has worked with throughout her time practicing include adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ topics, identity, and addictions. Working with the adolescent population, Katie believes that offering family therapy is also a part of the therapeutic process. Katie also works with parents to establish healthy boundaries and restore the family hierarchy.
Having a background in cognitive behavioral therapy, Katie will also provide you with tools to identify and chip away at destructive habits and thoughts. As you chip away, you will begin developing new, supportive habits and thoughts, allowing you to experience lasting, positive effects.
Throughout your time together with Katie, you will work towards developing a strong, therapeutic alliance to create a supportive environment to invite your vulnerabilities and encourage growth.
