MATTHEW NOCE
Matthew Noce, M.Ed., LPC (he/him)
Psychotherapist
Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when unexpected potholes disrupt your path and leave you feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of what comes next. You may be navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, school or work pressures, or the impact of past experiences. Therapy can be a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel supported as you move forward.
In therapy, Matthew works with clients as a team, creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and identify what will help most. His integrative, client centered approach is grounded in Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, you will build practical tools, deepen insight, and work toward meaningful, personalized goals that support lasting growth.
Matthew has over six years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children and supports concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. When working with children, he incorporates play therapy and trauma informed care, using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based strategies, including CBT informed tools, to help children understand and express emotions, improve communication, and feel supported across developmental stages. He also partners with caregivers to strengthen understanding and reinforce progress at home and in school.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or your child, Matthew would be honored to support at any stage of the therapeutic journey you are in. Please reach out with any questions you have.
