NEHA CHANDANI
Neha Chandani, M.A., LPC, NCC (she/her)
Psychotherapist
Believing the best therapeutic relationship is a collaborative one, Neha endeavors to help create a therapeutic space that is genuine, warm, and non-judgmental. Coming from a cultural background where mental health is often stigmatized, Neha understands how frightening and difficult it can be to start. Neha truly believes that therapy can be a trusted space for empowerment, improvement, and healing.
Her clinical interests include but are not exclusive to perfectionism, neurodiversity, ADHD, life transitions, BIPOC mental health, LGBTQ+ mental health, family of origin, and relationship dynamics. She also has extensive experience working with emerging adults and college students.
Neha takes an eclectic approach to therapy with a base in psychodynamic, relational and humanistic theories. Neha rounds out her approach with interventions from several different modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused. While Neha pulls from several different modalities, her practice is rooted in multicultural humility and intersectionality, tailoring her approach to meet folks’ unique needs and preferences.
