Savannah strives to set an overall sense of comfort where empathy, reliability, positivity and non-judgment are paramount. Taking a strengths-based perspective, her approach is client-centered and individualized in order to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Savannah’s experience has been in trauma-informed, harm reduction-based practices and she utilizes these approaches in her clinical work.

She recognizes every person’s unique life story and perspective and welcomes clients from all ages, identities, and backgrounds. Savannah specializes in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, life and career transitions, relationship concerns, and substance use challenges.

Prior to private practice, Savannah has worked in community mental health and medication-assisted treatment centers. In addition to her clinical work, she is a pop culture lover, a proud Chicagoan, social justice advocate, and a multiculturally competent therapist.
