EMILY MATISKO
Emily Matisko, M.A., LPC, NCC (she/her)
Psychotherapist
Therapy is one of the few spaces where we can truly slow down, get curious, and understand our inner worlds more deeply. Using a relational, insight-oriented approach, Emily gently invites her clients to explore how their patterns have developed and to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Emily specializes in supporting adolescents, teens, and emerging adults navigating perfectionism, body image concerns, burnout, and religious trauma. As a former exercise science major, she enjoys using modalities that incorporate the mind-body connection, especially Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.
Emily prioritizes creating a safe, welcoming, and collaborative space for her clients to reflect, feel, and grow. She offers culturally responsive, affirming care and welcomes clients of all identities, viewing each of their stories through a holistic, trauma‑informed lens.
Whether you’re ready to begin therapy or just want to see if it feels like the right fit, Emily would love to connect with you!
