JADEN RALPH
Jaden Ralph, M.A., LPC, NCC, RYT (she/they)
Psychotherapist
Being honest can take courage. Jaden offers a warm, direct, and curious approach to explore what is, challenge you, and create strategies for what needs to shift. Their practice is non-pathologizing, relational, collaborative, and humorous. Primarily, they work closely with those that feel discord in their relationship(s) with others or struggle with intersections of identity, finding that communication and thoughts can be cyclical and ineffective.
Their goal is to create a safe and empathetic space that focuses on your strengths through a neurological and systemic understanding of thoughts and behaviors. Needs, fears, and desires can be expressed in a way that is grounded in self-insight and reciprocity. Drawing from a harm reduction and empathy building model, Jaden uses internal family systems, brief solution focus, and systemic family therapy to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their internal world.
Jaden integrates somatic practices, sociopolitical acknowledgement, and sex positive tools that encourage release and empowerment. They have worked with a wide range of populations over the past decade through social work, teaching, and public health research prior to counseling. Throughout that time, Jaden witnessed countless examples of how resilient the heart can be. They would be honored to walk alongside you as you come into a full, authentic version of yourself.
