Psychotherapist

Jamie works with adults and couples, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ clients, while welcoming people of all identities and backgrounds. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and concerns related to substance use and addictive patterns. Jamie is committed to providing an affirming, non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in bringing their full selves into the work.

Jamie approaches therapy from a strengths-based, relational, and trauma-informed perspective, integrating mindfulness and somatic practices to support healing and self-understanding. Her work often focuses on helping clients notice, understand, and make sense of their emotional experiences, especially the feelings that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to access. She has experience working with clients across different stages of change and meets people where they are, collaborating to build insight, motivation, and sustainable change at a pace that feels realistic and empowering.

Known for showing up with warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful directness, Jamie values honesty and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. She practices with cultural humility and tailors her approach to each client’s unique identities, values, and goals, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path toward healing. Whether you’re seeking support around trauma, relationships, or patterns you’re hoping to better understand or shift, she’s glad you’re here and looks forward to working together.
