Teaghan practices from an integrative approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. This approach allows Teaghan to adapt to each client's needs, offering a blend of techniques that promote healing and growth in a safe and supportive environment.

Teaghan is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and non-judgmental, ensuring every client feels respected and valued. She also embraces cultural humility and intersectionality, recognizing and honoring the diverse identities and experiences of those she works with. Teaghan's specialties include supporting individuals through LGBTQ+ issues, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, grief, and mood disorders. With a compassionate and non-judgmental stance, Teaghan fosters an open and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, gain insights, and work toward meaningful change.
