TYLER SHROUT
Tyler Shrout, M.A., LPC, NCC (she/her)
Psychotherapist
Tyler believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and supported. She is committed to providing therapy through a decolonized lens that honors her client's identities. She understands how these identities not only shape who we are but also how the world views and interacts with us. Tyler has experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of intimate partner trauma, those navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the unique experiences of being neurodivergent.
Tyler’s approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the mind-body connection. She draws from person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while incorporating movement and body-based practices. Tyler helps clients move beyond intellectualizing emotions and instead reconnect with their bodies—because real transformation often happens when we allow ourselves to feel, not just think.
Outside of the therapy room, Tyler is passionate about social justice and advocates for those impacted by systems of oppression. Her goal is to make therapy a space where every person feels safe, valued, and empowered to live authentically.
If you are ready to begin your journey, or simply curious about what therapy might look like, Tyler welcomes you to reach out and start the conversation.
