KELSEY JORDAN
Kelsey Jordan, M.A., LCPC, ATR (she/her)
Clinical Supervisor & Psychotherapist
Kelsey believes that at its core therapy is a relationship, and that a genuine relationship is the path to which meaningful change and growth can happen. Kelsey fosters relationships rooted in trust, consent, and empowerment. She gains an understanding of your needs and wants while collaborating with you to create goals that will lead you in the direction of your desired future.
Kelsey’s identity as a Black woman is woven into her practice and informs her clinical areas of focus and specializations including identity exploration, development, intersectionality, life transitions, and minority stress. She also has experience in treatment modalities such as anti-racist and intersectional feminist perspective, queer affirmative practice, systemic approaches, strength-based approach, Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Kelsey truly values your agency and diverse social, familial, and cultural factors. She demonstrates this value by remaining interested in your use of language and the narrative you tell about your life and experiences as well as cultivating a therapy space that is safe and reliable where you can exercise vulnerability and express yourself freely.
